Our Story

Born from a passion for real change.

Access Pathway Supports was established by a team of dedicated disability support professionals who saw first-hand the difference that truly person-centred support could make — and the gap that existed when it wasn't there.

We started with a clear mission: to provide NDIS participants across Western Australia with support that is warm, consistent, and genuinely focused on helping them achieve their goals — not just fulfilling a service agreement.

Today, we support participants across metropolitan Perth and regional WA, offering both direct support worker services and expert support coordination. Every member of our team shares the same commitment: to walk alongside the people we support, every step of the way.

All our support workers and coordinators hold current NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working with Children Checks, and relevant qualifications.
